About FleetPros

Built with haulers. Not for tech bros.

A 14-truck family roll-off operation in Augusta, Georgia, hit a Monday morning so bad in 2017 that they decided to build their own dispatch tool. That tool became FleetPros.

The story

It started on a Monday morning.

March 6, 2017. Three cancellations before 7am, two trucks down, one driver out, and a brand-new dispatcher trying to keep the board straight on a whiteboard that hadn’t been erased in a week. Marc Stenholm sat in the office at 5pm with a half-billed Friday and a margin that had quietly disappeared into Post-it notes.

He’d been a software guy in a previous life. So he and his cousin Priya — then at Convoy — sketched what a real dispatch tool would look like for a 14-truck yard. Not Salesforce. Not QuickBooks. Something that knew what a 30-yard container was and what “swap before 11” meant.

The first version ran his yard for a year. Two of his hauler-friends asked for it. Then six more. In 2020 they raised a small round, hired Lonnie to run the marketing arm (because his hauler-friends kept asking who their SEO guy was), and FleetPros became a company.

Today: 1,200+ haulers across the U.S. and Canada, $2.4B of hauler revenue invoiced through the platform last year, and a single phone number that still routes to a real person.

Values

Four things we won't
compromise on.

01

Haulers before features.

We ship what a real yard needs, not what looks good in a screenshot. If a feature doesn’t make money for a customer in 90 days, it doesn’t ship.

02

The phone is a feature.

If you call (912) 900-DUMP, a human picks up. Always. Even on a Saturday. We engineer the software so support volume goes down, not the support team.

03

Numbers, not slides.

Every monthly review with every customer opens with the same six numbers. No story-telling, no “engagement metrics.” Calls, jobs, revenue, days.

04

Your data is yours.

Full export, anytime, free. If we ever stop earning your business, we want the move-out to be easier than the move-in.
